Trailering Straps

Excellent way to secure a boat cover that does not have the straps sewn onto the cover. Plastic buckles are very strong and the material is a nice thick webbed material that I think will hold up to the most severe conditions. Very easy to install (even for me!) and once they're adjusted, they're even easier to put back on the second time.

These straps have been great, either going highway speeds on the boat or keeping the cover in place during thunderstorms. Once they are tight, they arent going anywhere!

I can get the cover much tighter with these than I ever could with the bungee cords I was using before. Takes slightly more time, but the cover fits better and is protecting my boat better. Cost a little more than bungees, but I think it is well worth it.

These straps really do a good job of putting that final touch into the fit of the cover. They pull it equally from all sides, keeping the cover on in some pretty strong winds and while the boat is being trailered. Would recommend.

I was using some bungee cords to hold my cover down, along with two support poles in the middle. I could never get the poles to stay put, but luckily one of the agents at coveranything.com suggested that there was too much play in the bungees causing the support poles to fall. Suggested the strap kit, and voila! My issue was solved. Thanks for listening to your customers and ensuring a satisfactory outcome.

These held tight the entire 2.5 hour drive to the lake. We stopped a couple of times to check and re-tighten the straps, but no adjustment was needed. Pretty impressive considering that its interstate most of the way, so we were going 65-70 mph. If they can handle that, I don't think any wind is going to loosen them.

These really worked out well for me. Once I got them fit onto the boat and cover, they were a bit long, so I just cut them down to the lengths I needed. Melted the ends of the straps a little with a lighter to keep the cuts from unraveling, and now I have basically a custom set of straps for my boat cover install.

Some strap kits have the mechanism where you fold the end of the strap back through the "D" buckle and tighten down, but this is better because it also has the male/female "backpack style" clips that make installing these just a little bit easier. Have had these on the boat for several weeks now and do not notice any loosening.

These straps are well thought out, as they give you a combination of 8 ft straps and 12 ft straps. The material feels nice and durable, and they are easy to use.

In the past I had used bungee cords to tie down my boat covers, but found that in the intense TX sun, they were quickly deteriorating. These straps are actually just as easy to use, and I have not found that they wear down as quickly as the bungees. Well worth the $.
