- Do you accept international orders?

We do not ship to international customers outside of Canada. Our Shipping Policy will fill you in on all of the details!
- What are your business hours?

Our call center hours are Monday-Friday, from 8-5 PM CST. We are closed on most major holidays.

- How long does it take to ship?

We do our best to ship most of our orders within 12-24 hours. Our made-to-order custom covers can take a little longer to ship, usually around 10-14 days. Each product page will notify you of how long it will take to ship the product you want to buy.
- How much does it cost to ship?

Shipping for orders over $50 is always free. Accessories purchased with a cover also ship free!
- How do I track my order?

You can track the status of your order at any time by visiting our Order Status page. Once your order ships we will immediately email you a tracking code that you can use to monitor your shipment.
- What happens if the item I want is back ordered?

We strive to only offer products on our site that are in stock. If an item happens to be back ordered, you will receive an email with an estimated ship date. At that point, you can choose to wait for the item to ship, or we will work with you to refund your purchase.
- What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal.
- Can I cancel an order?

We think you'd really enjoy your cover, but cancellations are possible. Please keep in mind that most orders ship within 12-24 hours, so contact us as quickly as possible if you want to cancel your order. Orders that have already shipped may incur a restocking fee or intercept charge.

Our simple policy is that we want our customers to be happy with the cover they've purchased. Check our Return/Exchange Policy so we can get you the cover you need.
- Your price dropped after I purchased, can I get a partial refund?

Due to our commitment to have the most competitive prices at all times, we cannot offer refunds on previous purchases. If you noticed a reduced price on the cover you bought within 1 month of your purchase, give us a call at (888) 854-5868 and we can give you a discount code for your next purchase.
- How can I keep my cover from being stolen?

To keep your cover safe and secure, using one of our cable lock kits can deter thieves from removing your cover. If a cable lock kit is too much protection, a gust guard can create another deterrent for ne'er-do-wells. A burglar would have to either cut the cable or the cover to remove it, which is highly unlikely.
- How do I store my cover?

Always make sure your cover is completely dry before folding and storing. Also make sure to neatly fold your cover to prevent excessive wrinkling or damage. Using one of our breathable storage bags is the best solution for keeping a cover in tip-top shape during storage.
- How often should my cover be washed?

There is no magic number for when you should wash your cover. If your cover is used in a dirty, dusty environment, it will need to be washed more frequently. Keep excessive buildup of tree sap, bird droppings, etc off of your cover, as they can reduce the water repellency of any cover fabric. Gasoline, oils, and other chemicals can also prematurely wear your cover. Maintenance and care instructions can be found on the product pages.

- Are prices on your site in US or Canadian Dollars?

All prices shown on CoverAnything.com are in US Dollars. Payment methods will be charged in US Dollars as well.
- Is it really free shipping to Canada?

Yes! We offer FREE ground shipping to any location in Canada! Generally, it takes an order 4-5 business days to reach our customers in Canada.
- How much are duties and taxes for Canadian orders?

Our Canadian customers are responsible for any Canadian duties and taxes associated with ordering a product from the USA. Due to the fact that these fees vary by location and applicable laws, we are unable to give any estimates on duties and taxes for Canadian orders.
