We want our customers to receive their cover quickly, therefore, our orders generally ship within 12-24 hours. Please notify us as soon as possible with any changes, modifications, or cancellations.
Changing or Modifying an Order
If we receive the change request prior to the product shipping, we will accomodate requests at no charge. Please contact one of our customer specialists if you have an order change or modification request.
Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel your order, please keep in mind that most orders ship within 12-24 hours. Contact our customer specialists and we will do our best to cancel your order before it has shipped.
After Product Has Shipped
If orders are modified or canceled prior to shipment, it can be done at no charge to the customer. However, there are fees assessed to us from our vendors, partners, and shippers when an order is modified after it has shipped. Unfortunately, we must pass these charges on to customers who wish to make changes after shipment.
- To change the shipment name, address, or other information with the carrier, we must charge a $15 fee.
- To cancel an order, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
- Custom covers are only able to be returned due to workmanship and/or defect.
